3Account Security

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lenti, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lenti expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
